Return Policy

At Dream Green Weddings™, our goal is to help make your eco wedding absolutely wonderful! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a refund for the returned merchandise.

Return Terms

  • We can only accept returns within 14 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been personalized or custom decorated.
  • We cannot accept returns on perishable products or plant life (i.e., tree seedlings, bamboo plants, chocolate favors).
  • We will not charge a restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer an exchange policy. You may return an item, we will issue the credit to your credit card, and you can make a new purchase.

Return Process

  1. Please send an email to customercare@dreamgreenweddings.com alerting us of the return. In the email, please include your original order number for reference, and a reason for the return.
  2. Dream Green Weddings will provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN).
  3. The RAN number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for all returns. The package should also include a copy of the online invoice/receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition as when purchased with the original packaging, tags if applicable, and must be resaleable.
  4. Unless the RAN email specifies an alternative shipping address, ship the package to: Dream Green Weddings

Dream Green Weddings will not be responsible for returned merchandise that gets lost in the shipping process.

Return of Damaged or Defective Merchandise

While it is rare, on occasion merchandise may become damaged in shipping or have a defect from the manufacturer. In order to address the issue immediately with our supplier or carrier, you must report any damaged or missing items to us within 7 days. For damaged or defective products, please follow the same return procedure as above (we need the damaged merchandise returned to us so we can address with the supplier or carrier). We will happily replace the product free of charge (if available), or we will refund your credit card for the total purchase price. Just let us know your preference in the return email.
